Gracenote Keyboards tests all finished products just prior to shipment, including power via USB and wall transformer, and MIDI over both USB and MIDI cable. Please confirm that the keyboard is compatible with your particular music/computer equipment prior to purchase. Setup issues with your computer, audio interface, and DAW or plug-ins should be addressed directly with M-Audio.

Please contact us through the website form if you are still experiencing issues. If it is determined that there are defects in workmanship that cause functional issues, Gracenote Keyboards will cover shipping and repair within 3 months of date of customer receipt.
