While we will make every attempt to get your keyboard built and delivered as soon as possible, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If you have a delivery need date before then, please contact us and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our offerings, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any of our products.

 

INTERNATIONAL AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Please inquire if expedited or international shipping is required.  Additional fees will apply.

 

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Gracenote Keyboards tests all finished products just prior to shipment, including power via USB and wall transformer, and MIDI over both USB and MIDI cable. Please confirm that the keyboard is compatible with your particular music/computer equipment prior to purchase. Setup issues with your computer, audio interface, and DAW or plug-ins should be addressed directly with M-Audio or elsewhere, and are not the responsibility of Gracenote Keyboards.

Please contact us through the website form if you are still experiencing issues after any setup issues are resolved with M-Audio or elsewhere. If it is determined that there are defects in workmanship that cause functional issues, Gracenote Keyboards will cover shipping and repair within 3 months of date of customer receipt.
